This course introduces you to the basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, control, and fire-safety systems commonly found in a commercial building. The course will prepare you for further study in the particular trade skills you need to operate a building as a professional Stationary Engineer.      •   Plumbing-system components.
     •   Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

     •   Life safety systems, including fire control and fire signaling equipment.
